What is the ideal time to water your plants?

While the most ideal time to water most of our plants is in the morning as it allows the plants to tolerate the intense heat through the day and absorb nutrients as well as do photosynthesis with the water moisture throughout the day. Day watering keeps the fungus and other pest attacks away which night watered plants r prone to as moisture at night can attracts pests.
Evening/Night watering is ideal if the day sun is very intense and there is excessive evaporation.
Afternoon watering may be avoided as water is hot in tanks/pipes and may burn off roots
