Shaila Pradhan
Shailaji has attended many of our local plantation sessions inspite of ailing seniors to care for at home and worked hard along with team. She has also donated for plantation to celebrate her ailing mother's bday We hope she continues this Seva with same zeal and enthusiasm for our Mother Earth.
Deepak Kori
Deepakji has also joined us for many of our plantation sessions inspite of his health issues and put in his best efforts. He has also added few volunteers to our group and here we can't miss mentioning Charulata Shantanu, his niece's name who was recipient of last month's award. We r particularly overjoyed to announce the award to him today when we will be going for plantation to his own society Crystal Spires!!

Charulata was introduced by her uncle our esteemed member Deepak Kori. From the time she has joined our group, she has outnumbered her uncle's participation in local drives. And whenever she comes, she works hard throughout with full enthusiasm and passion. We hope she continues this Seva with same zeal and enthusiasm for our Mother Earth.
Peter Dsouza
Peter Sir's award is long overdue. We were always hoping that he would join us for atleast one plantation before we announce his name😄. But we can't hold this back anymore...we feel his silent contribution by spreading word about HS and getting members aboard by sharing our group link to interested members has outweighed any other yardstick of measurement. We really appreciate his silent support for Mother Earth in his own way.

Vaishaly Rajput not only comes for our local drives, but joins our outstation plantation drives, whenever convenient. This month, she motivated 15 of her General Mills team members to join our outstation plantation drive for Nisarg Seva. We r so happy that she got so many connected to serve Mother Earth through our plantation drive and hope it will an ongoing activity for them as well.
Hrishikesh Rao
Hrishikesh Rao is young and enthusiastic Sevak and has joined our local and outstation drives regularly. For those who think distance makes it difficult to join our sessions, he comes all the way from Andheri for our Thane and New Mumbai drives, whenever possible. Also, being a working professional in IT field, he has redesigned our website and helps us regularly in various updations on our website, for which HS is grateful.

Swati is a freelance professional and also our senior member who works for environment whenever she has free time, after attending to family and professional matters. Mini Abraham
Mini Ma'am is headmistress of a school in Mulund and had invited us to create a Soilless garden for her school kids. Now the terrace is filled with around 200+ soilless pots and interesting plants and she takes keen interest in each plant's growth and follows up with us for any help reqd regarding their maintenance. She is also instrumental in giving us leads in surrounding schools thereby helping us spread the green and soilless garden message among young minds. She has also attended a few of our events/Shramdhan and participated wholeheartedly
Dr Rajashree Lavatre
Dr Rajashree is instrumental in giving us leads for plantation in a bungalow society near Karjat where we could do plantation, guide on rain water harvesting as well as mulching and composting of dry leaves. Dr Rajashree has recently joined our outstation plantation drives and participated wholeheartedly.

Vinayak and Varsha Joshi
This very lively enthusiastic couple have supported our green cause from the word go, since they joined recently. By inviting us to their society terrace to do "soilless, create your own soil" gardening, inviting us to their bungalow society in Murbad to do plantation there as well, joining hands to render Seva whenever possible considering their busy professional/personal commitments, allowing us to showcase their terrace to other prospective green leads has helped us a lot get more greening opportunities. Thanking them and hoping for their continued support as we march on together to the achieve more green targets is our prayer and wish for them.
Asmita Pendharkar
Young Asmita, works with our last month's awardee Ganesh Kolhe and their team to plant trees on highways and also make all out efforts to maintain them for next few years. A professional with a young child, she makes an effort to join each and every drive possible to do her bit for our Mother Earth. This burning passion at such a young age is so commendable and hopefully a source of inspiration to many youngsters . She has joined many of our local and outstation drives and works with full Josh and passion and looking forward to a long association with her. Deeshna Iyengar
This 8 year tiny girl has accompanied her mother, our esteemed member Kokila Iyengar on many of our plantation drives and pitched in with her tiny hands as much as she can. Just the point that she is seeing her mom and our team working for environment conservation will hopefully motivate her to work on this throughout her life.
On this special day, we would also like to acknowledge the great work done by our following esteemed members in their individual capacities in their own surroundings by planting as many saplings as possible in dividers, pavement sides and open spaces/grounds and doing daily post care of the saplings by watering and maintenance of them. Rishit Gunjikar
Our 17 year old green warrior Rishit has attended around four of our Plantation drives recently and has quietly tried to understand how we go about it and worked with the team wonderfully. Our special thanks to our esteemed member Rupali Gunjikar for inculcating this "Seva Bhav" in her young son💚🙏. We hope this will motivate more parents to bring their children back to the soil and their roots and work to conserve this one Earth we have and live in.
Shailaja Kolhatkar
Shailajaji is ardent supporter of Hirva Swapna's cause along with her daughter Swati Kolhatkar. This mother-daughter members duo join our local and outstation drives whenever possible and are also our regular benefactors as well, to which we r grateful. She also works on spreading the green word, adding like minded members and giving us green leads. This is just to let her know of our appreciation of her efforts for our Mother Earth🙏. We r pleased to announce our Earth ShramSevak Award for this quarter to:

Between them three, they have been going every Thursday unfailingly, for two hours to Bal Snehalay for watering and maintenance*of our ground and terrace gardens with around 600+ plants/trees
They have also joined in to give Seva in our other plantation initiatives/drives like Airforce Balkum, Tmc School 55, etc
We thank each of them for their invaluable contribution to Hirva Swapna’s greening efforts with their shouldering ongoing responsibility in Bal Snehalay, thereby allowing HS to spread our wings more in greening efforts

Saraswati Naik:
Saraswati is so passionate about nature conservation and is very positive about Hirva Swapna's plantation mission She has attended both our outstation and local drives and we can be rest assured when she is there, work will be done with precision from start to end. HS appreciates her regular Shramseva inspite of various hurdles on her home/health front.
Jaywant Vetkar:
Jaywant Vetkar Sir goes regularly to water the plants of Bal Snehalay grounds and regularly adds dry leaves mulch to the plants there, which is collected from his society and a temple nearby, thereby conserving the environment on so many fronts.
Sharmila Pradhan:
Sharmila Pradhan joins our local drives and also goes every Thursday to Bal Snehalay accompanied by Chayya Kuthe and/or Ratna Jagtap . She also is our benefactor and quietly supports our plantation activities in so many ways.
Chayya Kuth:
Here we need to mention that Chayya Kuthe, besides helping out in BS watering and joining our drives, gets groups of ladies and children to Hiranandani Estate lakeside for nature walks and gets them to meet Anil Waghji, , thus connecting them to nature and also familiarising them about HS activities and adding them to our group.
Ratna Jagtap:
Ratna Jagtap joins us in local and outstation drives whenever possible as well as goes regularly to BS grounds to help out in maintenance.
Manju Pai :
A avid lover of plants, animals and all living beings alike, Manju is a quiet supporter of Hirva Swapna's cause in every way ie., joining our local and outstation plantation drives, whenever convenient and also our benefactor many a times.
Asha Rao:
Asha joined our group very recently, but is so passionate and positive about our group's greening activities...she comes all the way from Nerul for our local drives and is already one outstation plantation drive old! When she joins, she puts her heart and soul into the job in hand as can be seen in our HS YouTube videos, swinging the pahar, guiding the school kids and supporting the team members. Her voluntary donations in plant purchases has helped us go that little more further in our plantation drives.
Rachna Agarwal :
Young, full of energy and enthusiasm, she has participated whole heartedly in both our local and outstation drives this month. A mix of young energy with age old wisdom will be the right combination in our drives and we hope she continues to support our green cause with the same enthusiasm seen this month and also motivates young blood to join hands for this selfless cause.

Jaywant Vetkar:
Jaywant Sir has been a great support in our local drives and works quietly and for long hours with total focus and dedication for the job in hand. He goes regularly to our Bal Snehalay project for watering the ground level plants and also adds mulch of dry leaves collected from his society/other locales to the plants thereby helping the environment in so many multiple ways.
Deepa Joglekar
Deepaji has given us a great green lead by way of Adhar Foundation Nashik, where the plants r doing excellently, as per pictures posted by them. Through this lead, we could get another great lead and so we could continue our plantation cycle. Deepa also lends her support to this group's green cause by participating in our local and outstation drives whenever convenient.
Prajaktaji has also added so many like minded members to our group and we appreciate every helping hand recd in this community green initiative.
Dr Hemalatha Ramachandran
Last , but not the least, Dr Hemalatha has already given us 3 green leads effectively executed and is working on many more such leads to help our Mother Earth go green again. We r grateful for her such great green efforts and hope for more such leads to be executed in the coming new year. This recognition is our way of saying thank u to all our Stars for lending their support to our cause so passionately. It is nearing end of November 2023 and taking advantage of our nature Nature trail-cum- Awards ceremony meet on Sunday 26th November 2023, we thought it fit to prepone our announcement of this month’s Hirva Swapna Mother Earth Awards before the event.This way we can personally give away the awards to our Women Power Brigade nominated this month. The awardees this month are:
Manjusha Deshpande:
Manjusha ji has come this month for most our local and outstation plantation drives. Once she comes, we can be rest assured that she will take charge of the various jobs in hand quietly and also guide other volunteers in the activity. We r so happy to have her participation in our green projects and hoping she continues in the same way month on month and also hoping she takes charge of certain projects herself.
Dr Prajakta Vishwas
Prajaktaji, on her own initiative, has taken over painting the Tmc school 13 walls with educative painting to educate the school kids on various environmental issues facing us each day. She also attends our local as well as outstation drives regularly and makes it a point to get her two young kids along to inculcate them with green conservation values which is so necessary in these trying times of climate change, global warming, etc.
Prajaktaji has also added so many like minded members to our group and we appreciate every helping hand recd in this community green initiative.
Nilima Mohite
Last but not the least, is our Nilimaji. She, through her online networking has motivated many to join hands with us in our greening efforts. She has also given us a green lead which is successfully executed. She also motivates her society members to collect dry leaves and give to our cause of "Soiless Gardening" also known as "Create ur your soil" concept and Hirva Swapna has collected tempo loads of dry leaves from her society for our various projects. She has also regularly donated 6' foot saplings to our cause This recognition is our way of saying thank u to all our Stars for lending their support to our cause so passionately.

Kokila Iyengar
Kokila is so passionate about environment conservation that she got a Hirva Swapna board put up outside her road facing bungalow in Saphale because of which we got multiple leads there. She regularly follows up with concerned personnel there about the plantation done by us. She also joins our outstation plantation sites along with her daughter Deeshna and works with full zeal along with our team. She continues to give us good leads for plantation. We hope to hv a long fruitful green association with our green warrior Kokila.
Swati Kolhatkar
Most youngsters her age r busy with their career, movies, malls and many other pursuits in life. Swati comes to us like a breath of fresh air which gives us hope that we can pass on our green baton to gennext like her, assured that our work will continue beyond us. Swati is two outstation plantation site old and has worked on sites with so much energy and enthusiasm for the green cause. Looking fwd to a long green association with this young green warrior.
Shreelatha Menon
Shreelatha through her networking with social groups has got us great leads. She has also participated in our drives and added on many like minded members. Our appreciation to her is long overdue and are now month wise updating those who helped Mother Earth through us over the years, one by one now. This recognition is our way of saying thank u to all our Stars for lending ur support to our cause so passionately.

Suniti Gogate
Suniti is our very quiet supporter and benefactor who comes to both our local and outstation plantation locations. We r so thankful for her consistent support to our cause and this is just our way of showing our appreciation to her support to Mother Earth through us.

Our senior member who actively participates in our plantation drives, gives suggestions and has given us some very good green leads which have been implemented successfully. This award is just to show our appreciation to him for Mother Earth's cause.
Dr Shirish Deshpande
75 years young...Since we started this award from January this year, we hv missed out many senior members who hv supported this cause since years and hope to cover them all in months to come. Dr Deshpande is one of our senior members who has participated in our drives and added like minded members to our group. Anand Chaubal
Anandji, 75 years...age is just a number and he sets an example for same. He has joined us on our many offsite plantations and done his bit for improving our environment. His presence and support for our cause is our inspiration and motivation. This award is just to show our appreciation and seek his blessings for all future projects.
Amrita Mishra
Since we started this award from January this year, we hv missed out many senior members who hv supported this cause since years and hope to cover them all in months to come. Amrita is one of our senior members who has participated in our drives, donated for this noble cause by way of plants and monetarily , added many like minded members, invited HS to her society to talk on composting, etc. She herself is a very avid gardener and grows innumerable veggies and fruits in her house garden. We really appreciate Amrita's consistent support to HS since many years and looking forward to a long green association with her.

Atulji is our esteemed senior most member Harinakshi Vaikul's husband. All of 5 years old, she works enthusiastically with our team in local sites as well as offsite locales...helping out as much as her little hands will allow😍. She is true inspiration for our gennext tiny tots, with age being no bar, to start early in helping preserve the Mother Earth they r born into.
Neema Hardas & Supriya Kulkarni
Neemaji and Supriyaji are true inspiration to all of us with their commitment and dedication to serve Mother Earth with so much zeal and enthusiasm. They go every Tuesday for an hour or so in the evenings to water our *Bal Snehalay ground garden as well as recycled soilless terrace garden Thank u so much Neemaji and Supriyaji for extending hand in our green projects enabling us to take on more plantation projects each day.
